Eligibility Criteria
- Business Type: – Open to hotels, resorts, boutique stays, restaurants, cafés, lounges, and food service establishments operating in the hospitality sector.
- Operational Tenure:- The hotel or restaurant must have been operational for at least 1 year at the time of nomination.
- Licensing & Compliance:- Must hold valid business licenses, health and safety certifications, and regulatory approvals required by local authorities.
- Service Offerings:- Must offer hospitality or dining services to the public, with regular and active customer engagement.
- Ownership & Management:- Open to independent establishments, chain-owned outlets, and franchise operations. The nominating party must be the owner, authorized manager, or corporate representative of the establishment.
- Customer Base:- Should serve a regular clientele and demonstrate a commitment to customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
Criteria
Open to licensed architects, certified interior designers, or design firms actively engaged in architecture or interior design projects.
Experience
Individual nominees must have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the architecture or interior design field.
Project Completion
Must have completed at least one major project (residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, or industrial) within the last 3 years.
Compliance & Accreditation
Must be registered with a recognized professional body or council (e.g., COA, IIID, AIA, etc.) or hold valid professional certifications/
